Deposit Policy:
A non refundable deposited is required at the time of booking your appointment, which will be applied towards the cost of the service or transferred to another appointment if cancelled within the specific notice period.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients must provide a minimum notice period for cancellations or changes to their appointment. If failure to notify the business on appointment cancellations or changes in appointment within the specific notice period, deposit will not be refunded or transferred to new appointment.
Refunds:
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with the policies, the deposit may be refunded upon request.
